In our periodontal dental practice, our focus is on the patient’s overall health, as new research has linked periodontal (gum) disease to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, respiratory infection, and possibly stroke. We provide many surgical services including dental implant surgery or dental implant placement. The doctors are members of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Board of Periodontology, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, the Virginia Society of Periodontology, and the Richmond Dental Society.
